Gentle Movers is looking for a hands on manager who can run the operations department. No "consultants" please! OPM must be able to perform company operations including but not limited to the following: 

1- Hire 1st rate staff; train and maintain the same to provide excellent service to our clients; 

2- Deal with client issues; 

3- Oversee and maintain the warehouse operations; 

4- Understand and comply with the governmental requirements; 

5- "own the job"; success driven and put the necessary amount of time and effort to provide the quality service our clients accustomed to receiving; 6- Maintain 20+ pieces of equipment in good working order
